In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

By accessing the wt707 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and wt707 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

To register for and use the wt707 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not hold any existing wt707 Account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by wt707.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or associate of wt707 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

wt707 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to refuse or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

To access the full range of wt707 services, you must register for a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile number.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update any details that change without undue delay via the Account settings panel or by contacting wt707 support at [email protected].

Only one Account per person, household, shared device, or shared IP address is permitted. wt707 employs automated systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, wt707 reserves the right to merge, restrict, or close such Accounts and to withhold any associated Balances pending a full review.

You must keep your Account login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any third party to access or use your Account. wt707 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify wt707 immediately and change your password without delay.

wt707 is required to verify the identity of all Players as a condition of Platform operation. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, upon a material change in Account activity, or at any other time at wt707's discretion.

KYC documentation typically required includes one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, full-color copy of a government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driving license).
• Proof of Age: The same government-issued photo ID confirming date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past 90 days showing your full name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, such as a screenshot of the registered account name matching your wt707 Account name.

wt707 will not process withdrawal requests until all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. The processing time for KYC reviews is typically one to three business days from the date of full document submission. wt707 will notify you by email once your KYC verification is complete.

Submitting forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent identification documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms, may constitute a criminal offense under applicable Indonesian law, and will result in immediate permanent Account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.

wt707 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) exclusively. Supported deposit channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of individual channels may change from time to time; current supported methods are always displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the sending account does not match the name on your wt707 Account — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection. Any fees incurred in reversing a third-party deposit will be borne by the Player.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit in the Cashier. wt707 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with notice.

Deposits are credited to your wt707 Account Balance as soon as the relevant payment is confirmed on the wt707 system. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with proof of the completed bank transfer or e-wallet transaction.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time subject to the conditions set out in this Section and Section 5 (KYC). All withdrawals are processed in IDR to a payment account registered in the same name as your wt707 Account.

Withdrawals will only be approved where the following conditions are met:

• Your Account KYC verification is complete and current.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money Balance (excluding any Bonus Funds subject to an unsatisfied Wagering Requirement).
• Your Account is in good standing — not suspended, restricted, or under investigation.
• The destination account is owned by you and registered in the same name as your wt707 Account.

wt707 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests during normal operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Some requests may require additional verification and may take up to one (1) business day. wt707 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking or e-wallet systems.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier. Withdrawals below the minimum amount will not be processed. For withdrawals above the maximum per-transaction limit, multiple sequential requests should be submitted.

wt707 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with prior deposit and wagering activity, or that trigger wt707's internal fraud monitoring thresholds. Such checks may delay processing but will be completed as promptly as practicable.

wt707 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Imlek.

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the promotion. Players are responsible for reading the applicable promotion terms before opting in. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all wt707 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited to your Account separately from real-money funds and are identified as such in your Balance breakdown.
• Real-money funds are wagered before Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fulfilled in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not been played through within the time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates by game category are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• wt707 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings arising from it where evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or any other form of promotional exploitation is identified.

All bets placed on the wt707 Sportsbook and all wagers made in the Live Casino, Slots, and other game products are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, which are displayed within the product interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

The following general betting conditions apply across all wt707 products:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the wt707 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• All bets are accepted at wt707's sole discretion. wt707 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after acceptance, where a technical error, manifest error in odds, or suspicious betting pattern is identified.

Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of Account registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.

All content on the wt707 Platform — including but not limited to the wt707 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wt707 or its licensed game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without wt707's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wt707 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events outside wt707's reasonable control (including acts of God, telecommunication failures, or cyber-attacks).
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for Sportsbook markets.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

wt707's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit wt707's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

wt707's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the wt707 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a wt707 Account, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, wt707 collects personal data that is strictly necessary to operate the Platform — including registration details, KYC documents, transaction records, and technical usage data — and uses that data solely for the purposes of Account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. wt707 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wt707 is incorporated and licensed to operate. wt707 is an internationally licensed gaming operator; the specific governing jurisdiction is identified in the Platform's license documentation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall prevent wt707 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
